The remaining 14 condos in this 126 unit development are being reduced from $50,000 to $150,000 according to a profile and advertisement in the Tribune.
Catalpa Gardens has a unique design in that there are three interconnected 11 story mid-rise buildings that are joined on each floor. The remaining 14 units at Catalpa Gardens have two bedrooms and vary from 1,054 to 1,408 square feet of living space. These last condos are running from the $210,000s to $290,000s with the price cuts and parking is an additional $15,000.
