Plans for Walton on the Park are continuing on track, according to the developer. Groundbreaking for the construction of the luxury condominiums in the Gold Coast is set for late this month.
Walton on the Park is a major development with two towers of 32 floors and 37 floors. Each tower will offer condominiums ranging from one to three bedrooms as well as large penthouses.
Prices for the condominiums start at $475,000 for a one bedroom unit. Two bedroom condos are starting at $660,000 for preconstruction contracts, and three bedroom units are priced at $1,200,000.
Penthouses are starting at $3,500,000.
There are a total of 450 condominiums at Walton on the Park. Amenities in the buildings include a swimming pool and sundeck in the outdoor plaza separating the two buildings. The plaza will also feature a fireplace, spa, and garden area for peace and quiet.
Each unit comes with the standard array of granite countertops, marble floors, and wood cabinets. Residents will enjoy the designer appliances and optional fixtures and finishings that allow the owner to create their own individual style.
