New Townhomes Available At Courthouse Square In Wheaton

August 12, 2010 - For those of you who may be looking for Suburban Chicago condos or homes outside of Chicago, Airhart Construction is advertising low prices on the townhomes in Phase III of their 46 unit Courthouse Square development in Wheaton. There are three new designs that the company is offering, according to a recent profile in the Tribune.

All of the townhomes in Courthouse Square are built in Georgian style and are located at the DuPage County Courthouse campus in Wheaton, according to the article. These townhomes come with as many as 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There are three levels according to the profile; garden floor, first floor and second floor. Finishes include stainless steel applainces, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, kitchen island, 9′ ceilings, a great room with fireplace, front patio, two car garage and brick and limestone exterior.

The Adams style townhome as 2,000 square feet of living space and is priced from $436,700. The Wheaton style is a bit more roomy with 2,200 square feet and starts at $469,000. The Blanchard is the largest townhome in phase three and is an end residence. It’s priced from $649,000.
