September 7, 2010 - If you need a little more living space than you usually get in Chicago condos, you might want to check out the new rowhomes at Lexington Square in Bridgeport. This development is located on 3704 South Sangamon Street and consists of 39 rowhomes of varying heights and designs. A recent Tribine profile states that buyers have a choice of two different floor plans; the Grant and the Buckingham. These rowhomes have from 2,216 to 2,507 square feet, three stories and base prices starting in the mid $300,000 range.
The Lexington Square rowhomes are designed with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths but you can opt to add on more. The homes also have a rooftop deck and an attached two car garage.
Interior finishes include hardwoof floors, GE stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen counter tops, 42 inch maple cabinets, granite or marble tile and vanity tops in the baths and walk-in closets. Some options that buyers can add are a fireplace and wet bar.
You can visit the sales center and view the two models at lexington Square on Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturdays from 10am to 6pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm. You also may want to put a few more Chicago real estate developments on your list and visit several for comparison.
