January 18, 2010 - While it isn’t a landslide in price reductions, some on the remaining unsold condos at 1600 Museum Park are trickling down. There are roughly 123 of the total 274 condos still left for sale and a portion of those are being lowered around 10% to 20% by Chicago real estate developer Enterprise Cos.
Right now you can get a one bedroom condo starting from the $290,000s and increasing in price to the $680,000s. Moving up to the two bedroom units, some of those are now priced from the $360,000s and up. Some of the larger three bedroom condos at 1600 Museum Park have also been reduced and are listed between the $580,000s and $650,000s.
1600 Museum Park is located on 1629 South Prairie Avenue and there are some great views from many of the condos there. Units have a balcony, walk-in closet for the master bedroom and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, wood cabinets and handy breakfast bar. The baths are outfitted with designer lighting, oversized tub and have
Italian marble tile.
The building sports a 24 hour doorman, fitness center with separate locker rooms for men and women, a sauna, roof top sun deck, swimming pool and party room with attached catering kitchen.
More and more price reductions are showing up in new Chicago condos for sale, and we’ll keep you updated with the latest information.
