The developer, CMK Cos., has said repeatedly that there have been over 450 contracts signed and 100 of those close since deliveries started last fall. But with a total of 714 units spread out over its 46 stories, there are still plenty of condos available.

You can tour some of the one and two bedrooms models that have from 692 to 999 square feet and see how space is maximized, according to the article.
