    The Pennsylvania-based company is active across the nation, and has several developments in the Chicago area. Toll Brothers works actively with environmental groups to create the most responsible developments possible.

    Patriot Commons at the Glen offers both condominiums and townhomes. Buyers can choose from several condominiums with an average floor plan of 1,273 square feet. Prices for these condominiums start in the upper $300s.

    Townhomes at Patriot Commons at the Glen start in the upper $500s. Floor plans average about 1,700 square feet, making these models an excellent choice for small families and professionals.

    Buyers looking for a home in South Barrington can find several single-family homes at the The Woods of South Barrington. Regency homes in this development have floor plans averaging 2,280 square feet, with prices starting in the upper $500s.

    Some of the largest homes offered by Toll Brothers can also be found at The Woods of South Barrington. Average floor plans for these homes offer 4,485 square feet of living space, perfect for the larger family.

    Other Cook County developments include The Crossings at Morton Grove and The Estates at Inverness Ridge.

    Buyers on the market for a new condominium, townhome, or single-family home in Lake County also have two options from Toll Brothers.

    The Estates at Churchill Hunt has several models of single-family homes in Gurnee. The average floor plan measures 3,685 square feet, with prices starting in the mid-$500s.

    Hawthorn Woods is home to the Hawthorn Woods Country Club, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. Townhomes at Hawthorn Woods Country Club offer an average of 2,147 square feet of living space with prices starting in the upper $300s.

    The single-family homes at Hawthorn Woods Country Club are the largest offered by Toll Brothers in Lake County. The average floor plan is 3,777 square feet for these homes, with prices starting in the mid-$600s.

    If you’re on the market for a single-family home in Kane County, there is one option from Toll Brothers in North Aurora. Lake Run Estates offers single-family homes from the low-$400s. The average floor plan for these homes is 3,178 square feet.
